Heidi Montag Says She Doesn't Have 'Any Negative Feelings' Towards Lauren Conrad

After stirring up a feud with her former friend and cast mate, The Hills' Heidi Montag wants the world to know that she doesn't hold anything against Lauren Conrad.

One day after MTV's 10-year anniversary special, Montag took to Twitter to refute rumors that she still harbors ill will toward her former co-star.

"I don't have any negative feelings towards @LaurenConrad," Montag tweeted on Wednedsday. "I wish her nothing but the best!"

Although the 29-year-old reality star didn't seem quite as charitable on Tuesday, while live-blogging The Hills special on Broadly.

"Lauren is narrating all our lives again,” Montag wrote. "Surprise! It's all about Lauren. Blogs have advertised the show as a 'reunion,' but it's really an LC special."

However, she did seem legitimately remorseful over her friendship with Conrad crumbling in front of the cameras. "Watching these scenes give me anxiety," Montag shared. "I feel like I'm watching found footage from a horror movie. My falling out with Lauren makes me sad, even years later."

"We were so young, but the show could have ended differently. We could have gone to dinner, agreed to disagree on our issues, and make up. We could have become friends again," she continued. "It's frustrating how our friendship ended. What would have happened if we remained friends?"

In later comments, as the special progressed, she continued to talk about how sad their falling out really was, writing, "Lauren was my best friend. I would never try to hurt her. I loved her, and I always will.”
