So, the Gutierrezes are back.

Last Monday, 8:30 p.m., Asia’s most controversial showbiz family is back for a fourth season of It Takes Gutz to Be a Gutierrez, which anchors E!’s I  Heart Pinoy Monday block.

The early renewal of ‘It Takes Gutz To Be A Gutierrez’ demonstrates NBC Universal’s continued commitment to invest in local productions that are relevant and resonate with our audiences in the region,” said Christine Fellowes, MD, Asia-Pacific, Universal Networks International.

This season, the Gutierrez siblings are flying high.

Richard has reclaimed his A-list heartthrob status as one of the most highly sought after actors in the country after a hiatus in Season 3 to spend more time with his firstborn Zion. His partner Sarah Lahbati, meanwhile, has become a social media darling after being positioned by her publicists as Philippines’ “Dance Diva”.

Newlyweds Elvis and Alexa are going strong as a couple and Elvis is acting once again, while Alexa is a fully-fledged banker.

Ruffa, while riding high on the entrepreneurship wave, will have to choose between advancing her promising career or healing a troubled relationship with beau Jordan, whom Annabelle still disapproves of.

While Eddie and Annabelle seem to be perfectly adjusting to grandparenthood, the question remains whether a quiet life is what they truly desire or do they have other career ambitions on the horizon?

Raymond, on the other hand, is taking destiny into his own hands, trusting no one but himself. A self-styled PR magnate, his business empire is accelerating at a rapid rate but is this causing a rift between him and the rest of the family?
