Welcome back! Sam Smith has kept a low profile in 2017, but stepped out on Thursday in London for YSL Beauty Club party.
The 25-year-old GRAMMY winner was noticeably slim, sporting a baggy white long-sleeve shirt and loose jeans at the fashion event.
Smith opened up to ET in February 2016 about his significant weight loss, admitting, “It's very very difficult. I love food so much so it's a constant battle. It's always going to be a battle but I'm trying my best."
And though he’s stayed out of the public eye this year, the British singer-songwriter has been active on social media, regularly posting Instagram updates to his 7.4 million followers.
In June, Smith posted photos from inside the recording studio to Instagram, teasing his new music.
Smith’s debut album, In the Lonely Hour, picked up four GRAMMYS. And though he’s collaborated on music since, including the Oscar-winning James Bond theme song, “Writing’s on the Wall,” he has yet to release a sophomore album.
The new record is set to come out later this year.
