Alex Rodriguez has a lot of respect for girlfriend Jennifer Lopez.
The 41-year-old former MLB pro -- who will serve as a guest judge on Shark Tank this fall -- gushed to ET's Nischelle Turner about what a great influence the triple-threat star has on his two daughters, Elle, 9, and Natasha, 12. "Jennifer is one of the most brilliant business minds that I've ever met," Rodriguez said, praising Lopez. "She's the hardest working lady and, you know, I grew up with a single mother. I have two daughters. I am a big, big promoter of women equality."
He added, "I like that for my daughters and Jennifer is the role model."
The A-list couple recently jetted off to Paris, France, for a much-needed vacation. "The weather was awesome. We never get six or seven days off, so we were very blessed to have that opportunity," Rodriguez noted. "This summer, for me, [is the] first summer that I've had off baseball in 25 years to spend time with my daughters."
While in the City of Light, Lopez and Rodriguez shared a slew of photos, with Rodriguez captioning one photo: "#ThankfulAndGrateful."
