Miss Philippines Earth 2016 Imelda Bautista Schweighart files a case for child support and violation o the Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004 against the father of her son, Police Inspector Christopher Dulagan, Man of the World-Philippines 2016.
Schweighart is with her mother Beth Bautista and lawyer Atty. Stephen Guerrero in the preliminary hearing at the Internal Affairs Service (IAS) in Camp Crame. Dulagan made up excuses to not appear in the preliminary hearing.
Schweighart filed for emotional economic abuse that could result in child abuse and slander if the accused does not show up on the next hearing on Monday, February 26. Schweighart is bent on bringing the case to court if the police officer does not address the issue. This could cause Dulagan to be kicked out of police service.
