The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office inaugurated its 56th Branch on November 28, 2016 at the Imelda Gymnasium, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay. Present during the event were PCSO Vice Chairman and General Manager Alexander F. Balutan, Assistant General Manager for Branch Operations Remeliza M. Gabuyo, Department Manager for Mindanao Gloria Ybañez and branch office personnel and LGU representatives.

A brief message was delivered by Sibugay City Mayor Leonardo Talania wherein he thanked PCSO for establishing its 56th branch in Sibugay City to bring its charitable programs to the locals and give hope to the patrons of the lotto games. “The dream is to at least establish one branch per province, and I also urge you to support our products so that we can provide you with more charity assistance” GM Alexander F. Balutan said as he relayed his message to the attendees. After the holy mass celebration, the blessing of the branch commenced with a lunch buffet for everyone who attended. (Eugenio Darcy M.
