Brazilian actress, model, TV host, and Kapuso star Daiana Menezes regularly brings rice, milk, bread, and biscuits, and spends time with the some of the students at Scuola Fliglie di Maria Immacolata (SMFI), a grade school in Paranaque.

Daiana is supporting the school which is run by Brazilian nun Sister Lucy da Costa who has been residing in the Philippines for the past 21 years. In the photo with Daiana and Sister Lucy are the six of the 88 kids (they’re not orphans) who study in the school. “The twins are 11 years old and they were brought by their parents who used to pick them up regularly, but and now, the situation is different so they’re full time living with Sister Lucy, who they call Lola Lucy, in the school, now their house in SMFI, Paranaque . Then there’s Mary Jane (5), 4-month-old baby Juliana and two boys who live here with their mother who in order to have a place to live, helps clean the school,” says Daiana, a graduate of the New York Film Academy. The “Brazilipina” (Brazil + Philippines) who is also an international model/endorser, painter, pianist, performer, and designer, and vlogger, calls for kind-hearted people to help SMFI. SMFI is open for donations of any kind, at 53 Dona Irenea St. Irenevill Subdivision SUCAT Paranaque City Or contact sister Maria Lucy 8260132
