THE monsoon (or habagat) season is officially over! Coast Boracay marks the season with value-for-money room packages for local residents and great parties for the forthcoming Halloween and All Saint’s Day Long Weekend.
On October 31, children with a knack for Arts and Crafts can learn how to transform cans into “Frankenstein Bowling Pins.” It’s a fun way to hone their creativity and instill in them the value of recycling. On November 1, kids in Halloween costumes can participate in a parade and a riotous scavenger hunt. Special awards and prizes will be given away to lucky participants. On November 2, children are in for a “mummy”-themed activity as a fun surprise.
Veterans DJs Manolet Dario of NBK and Jason Soong of Groove, I-dren Artstrong collaborate with Museum Café and Stella Rocket Room regulars Marcus Maguigad and Stefan Lowenstein for Cha Cha Beach Cafe’s Halloween parties on October 28 – 29. The group will also preside the festivities on October 31 that will include non-stop beach music, voodoo percussion by the Voodoo Drum Circle and exotic fire dance performances by artist Fire Hazzard.
