Corporate and group discounts are being offered in the first-ever PTT Run for Clean Energy on July 16 at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) Grounds.

Groups of six runners or more from running organizations or corporate firms will enjoy a P50 discount in all categories. This means the discounted rate for the categories are P450 for the 10k, P250 for the 5k and P170 for the 3k.

“The important component of this fun run is the advocacy,” said Matt Ardina of the organizing Subterranean Ideas. “The aim is to provide an information campaign about the use of clean energy. And PTT is a perfect partner for this cause as it is a strong advocate of environmental protection and preservation and listed as one of the world's greenest companies. It's Blue Innovation gasoline and diesel products have cleaner emission that also protects a car's engine, apart from being fuel efficient and gives out better engine response."

PTT Philippines is the local subsidiary of Thailand's largest oil and gas company PTT Public Company Limited.

Android phones, a mountain bike, 50 gift packs from Leslie’s and first-aid kits from Medicard are some of the prizes up for grabs in the advocacy run.

Top three male and female runners of the 10k and 5k will get cash prizes and medals. All runners are entitled to win in the raffle of prizes.

Registration is ongoing at Chris Sports SM Manila. Listup is also accepted an hour before the categories during raceday at the CCP Grounds.
