This summer, beat the heat by eating more fruits and drinking more water. Fruits are water-rich food which are refreshing, full of nutrients, and low in calories.

When it’s hot out, you need to drink more than the recommended eight glasses of water a day. Studies show that men need to drink 3 liters (about 13 cups) of fluids daily, and women need 2.2 liters (about 9 cups).

Many people find the tasteless, odorless, and colorless water boring.

“People hate boredom. They want their lives to be interesting and colorful. It will surprise you that even water can entertain the taste buds,” said Stephan Czypionka, Coca-Cola Philippines Vice President for Marketing.

Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa agrees.

“Drinking water can be more fun with exciting fruit flavors. My personal favorite is the apple flavored one,” says Kylie, who drinks safe and pure drinking water to maintain her health and glowing complexion.

Kylie is referring to Wilkins Delight, the first water flavored with real fruit juice in the Philippines. Beverage giant Coca-Cola officially introduced the product on April 5, with Kylie and Kapamilya star Matteo Guidicelli, guests from the media, Coca-Cola partners and some famous millennials.

“Wilkins Delight is an exciting water brand which is just the right kind of light; made from pure drinking water from your most trusted water brand, Wilkins, and infused with fruit flavors from real fruit,” adds Czypionka.

The apple-infused water is colored light amber, while the pomelo flavor is colored pink and the orange flavored is light orange.

Wilkins Delight is available in 425ml pack at the suggested retail price of P15 and in 250ml pack for an SRP of P10.
