A North Vancouver music teacher has been arrested amid allegations of sexual misconduct involving underage girls in Coquitlam.
Lamar Victor Alviar, 22, teaches at LA Music Studio, a private music academy in North Van’s Central Lonsdale neighbourhood. According to the business’s website, Alviar, a multi-instrumentalist who has been teaching music since age 16, is also the studio’s owner.
