For the former Bellator MMA champion’s retirement fight, he is slated to face grappling whiz Shinya Aoki.

Team Lakay lightweight veteran Honorio “The Rock” Banario will now take on Jaroslav Jartim of Czech Republic as original opponent Rob Lisita has pulled out of the bout due to personal reasons. In addition, top featherweight prospect Christian “The Warrior” Lee of Singapore will now face Wan Jian Ping of China after Lee’s original opponent Keanu Subba suffered an injury during training camp.

    The Filipino hero steamrolled through Hideki “Shrek” Sekine on Friday Night, 2 December, at ONE: AGE OF DOMINATION. He pummeled the unbeaten challenger with a ground and pound flurry, causing the referee to stop the contest at 3:11 in the first round.

    Burmese mixed martial arts (MMA) superstar Aung La N Sang will have the opportunity of a lifetime as he gets a deserving shot at the ONE Middleweight World Championship belt.

    Aung La challenges division kingpin Vitaly Bigdash in the main event of ONE: QUEST FOR POWER, which takes place at the Jakarta Convention Center in Jakarta, Indonesia on 14 January.

    Marcin Prachnio was originally penciled to lock horns with Bigdash for the gold-plated strap, but the highly-touted Polish combatant was forced to withdraw from the middleweight championship clash due to an injury.

    Known by the moniker “Funky,” Askren made an impact in his first two assignments in ONE Championship, submitting Bakhtiyar Abbasov with an arm-triangle choke in his May 2014 promotional debut before thwarting Nobutatsu Suzuki in the first round to claim the organization’s coveted welterweight crown three months later.
