Ang two (2) minutes plus two (2) seconds increment time control format, two (2) hours duration arena tournament ay nakatutok sa grassroots level na layuning makatuklas ng future chess wizards. Bukas sa lahat ng chess players na suportado nina AIM Wagish Kumar Rai ng Frontier Wheels at AGM Robert Suelo ng Intchess Asia Pte Ltdat Chessmatic LLP, Singapore.

Tatangap ang magkakampeon ng P1,000, ang second placer ay P500, ang third placer ay P300 at ang fourth placer ay magbubulsa ng P200.Ang Fifth hanggang 10th placers ay mag-uuwi ng tig P100.

May category awards para sa Top Elementary, High School, College at Senior (60 years old and above) na tig P200 habang ang top Tarlac resident,  kiddy (12 years old and below/ Tarlac resident) at Media ay magbubulsa ng tig P100.-Marlon Bernardino-
