Si Antonio, ang country's bet sa taong ito sa 2019 Bucharest, Romania World Seniors Chess Championship, ay kinaldag si Kevin Mirano sa 21 moves ng French defense habang angat si Laylo kay National Master Carlo Magno Rosaupan sa 30 moves ng Kings Indian defense.

Tuloy naman ang pagpapakitang gilas ni Rolly Parondo Jr. matapos talunin si Michael Concio Jr. sa 28 moves ng Trompovsky Opening. Nakaipon na si Parondo ng 7.5 points, gaya ng naitala nina International Master Angelo Young at Sherwin Tiu. Panalo si Young kay Tiu sa 35 movers ng Pirc defense.
