Chess prodigy Lee-Ann Santos-Fidaire made the country proud anew after settling runner-up honors in the just ended UT Chess Camp Tourney held at the University of Texas, Dallas, USA on Saturday.
Lee-Ann is daughter of former World Chess Olympiad member Woman National Master Cristina Santos-Fidaire. She collected four wins in five outings.
“Using patience, intelligence and hard work to provide the best answers in the grandmaster solitaire game challenge” said GM Julio Sadorra, Master Tim Stenier and GM Angel Arribas Lopez.
Lee-Ann also seeing in action at the 2019 National Junior High last April 28, International Youth Championship last June 16 and 2019 Houston Chess Festival last July 20.-Marlon Bernardino-
