ILAN sa country's top executive players sa pangunguna nina engineer Joel Hicap ng DPWH Muntinlupa, lawyer Melzar Galicia, engineer Ravel Canlas ng Pagcor at Juan "Jun" Rojano Jr.ng Manila City hall ang nagkumpirma ng kanilang partisipasyon sa annual 2nd Chooks to Go National Rapid Chess Championships Executive division sa Oktubre 6, 2018 na gaganapin sa Activity Center Ayala Malls South Park sa Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
Tampok din ang paglahok nina six-Time Philippine Executive Grandprix Champion Dr. Jenny Mayor, Dr. Alfred Paez, Information Technology expert Joselito Cada, National Master Efren Bagamasbad, SSS bet Dioniver "Bobot" Medrano, engineer Brent Sasot at Philippine Executive Chess Association (PECA) president lawyer Cliburn Anthony Orbe sa one-day event na sinuportahan nina Bounty Agro Ventures (BAVI) president Ronald Mascarinas, Ayala Malls South Park, Muntinlupa City mayor Jaime Fresnedi, vice mayor Celso Dioko at representative Ruffy Biazon.
"The event aimed to develop good thinkers through the understanding of chess strategies and tactics, improving the logical abilities and rational thinking and reasoning of the participants, and instilling a sense of self-confidence, self-worth and camaraderie." sabi ni Rotary Club of Nuvali president Noel Divinagracia.
"Further, the tournament is also a fund raising activity to help the Rotary Club of Nuvali in its charitable activities.," dagdag pa ni Rotary Club of Nuvali president Noel Divinagracia.
Ayon kay Rotary Club of Nuvali president Noel Divinagracia na ang tatanghaling magkakampeon sa executive division ay makakatangap ng lion's share P10,000, runner-up na P7,000 at third placer ay P5,000 bukod sa mga tropeo.
Maymaibubulsa naman ang fourth hanggang 10th placers na tig P3,000 at P2,000 plus medals ayon sa pagkakasunod.
May nakalaan din na special prizes para sa Top Senior, Top 2000 and Below, Top 1900 and Below, Top 1800 and Below, Top Unrated, Top Lady, Top New Comer, Best-Dressed Executive, Most Senior Executive at Youngest Executive.
Ang 2nd Chooks to Go National Rapid Chess Championships ay ipapatupad ang 7-round Swiss System Four Division Tournament na may time control twenty minutes (20) plus 5 seconds delay sa bawat manlalaro para tapusin ang laro. Bukas ang nasabing event sa lahat ng rated o non-rated, male at female anuman ang edad at kasarian.
May registration fee na tig P1,000 (Executive, PECA members), P500 (Open), P300 (Junior) P250 (Kiddies) sa bawatdivision.
Simula na ang pagpapatala sa 2nd Chooks to Go National Rapid Chess Championships. Ang Deadline ng Registration ay sa Oktubre 4, 2018 at No On-site Registration.
