THREE unprecedented once- in-a- lifetime historic Executive events (3rd , 4th & 5th legs) in April and May has been lined up by the Philippine Executive Chess Association (PECA) to fill the summer days with enough thrill & entertainment according to it's organization founding president Atty. Cliburn Anthony A. Orbe .
"These are really exciting times for Philippine Executives Chess." said Atty. Orbe, is also the treasurer of the National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP) headed by Chairman/President Rep. Prospero "Butch" A. Pichay Jr., and Secretary-General Rep. Abraham "Bambol" N. Tolentino Jr.
"Provincial chesscapades in our beautiful archipelago awaits our Executives ready to explore our beautiful islands from Luzon to Visayas to Mindanao in a chess tourism of sorts." said Atty. Orbe.
The 3rd leg will be held at the Activity Center in Vista Mall , Sta Rosa City, Laguna (near Nuvali) along Tagaytay - Sta Rosa Highway on April 7, 2018 (Saturday).
2nd leg winner engineer Arjoe Loanzon, engineer Ravel Canlas and SMDC Sales Director Samivin V. de Los Santos are among the early entries.
Seven-Times Philippine Executive Champion Dr. Jenny Mayor, 1st leg champion engineer Benjamin "Benjie" Esquejo,2nd leg winner engineer Arjoe Loanzon, engineer Ravel Canlas, Makati Hope Christian School head chess coach Marguel Soria, SMDC Sales Director Samivin V. de Los Santos and IT Manager Edwin Sison of Vital C Health Products, Inc.will head the list of cast.

Just 3 weeks later, the 4th leg will take center stage at the currently controversial island paradise of Boracay in Malay, Aklan in the Visayas. It will held on April 28, 2018 (Saturday) at Casa Pilar Bar & Restaurant to be organized by PECA Vice President for Visayas NM Wilfredo Neri (#09985346842) fully assisted by NM / NA Carlito Lavega of Iloilo (#09096755143).
This event will showcase strong Visayan Executives from Panay Island, Cebu & adjacent provinces. Players from Metro Manila, Luzon & Mindanao, however, are also interested to join.
After a month, the circuit will visit Mindanao on May 26 (Saturday) at the Punta Isla Lake Resort in the scenic Lake Sebu, South Cotabato. It will be an affair to remember never to be forgotten in your chess memoir according to organizer Lito Dormitorio, a self made businessman , contractor & entrepreneur.
It's a double- the- regular PECA prizes affair. The champion getting the lion share of P20,000, the runner-up gets P14,000, the third place will bring home P10,000, the fourth place will be receive P6,000 and the fifth place will pocketed P4,000.
