MANILA, Philippines---Matapos ang 3rd place finish sa katatapos na National Grand Finals of the Youth and Schools Hybrid Chess Championships ay kakatawanin ni Arena Grandmaster (AGM) Fletch Archer Arado ang Pilipinas kasama pa ang mga fellow winners sa pagtulak ng 2021 Asian Schools Chess Championship sa Hulyo 29-31, 2021.


Si AGM Arado ay incoming Grade 8 student ng Ateneo de Zamboanga University na tumapos ng third place sa Grand Finals ng National Qualifier. Nakalikom siya ng total 7.5 points sa eleven rounds, kaparehas ng iskor ni second placer AGM Christian Gian Karlo Arca ng Panabo City, Davao del Norte at half a point behind kay 1st placer Mark Jay Bacojo ng Dasmarinas City, Cavite. Ang nasabing top three finishers ang kakatawan sa bansa para sa Under 15- Boys category sa online international tournament sa susunod na buwan.  
"Had a Lot of fun playing in the #NYSCCGrandFinals. I was able to get 3rd place and I will represent the Philippines in this upcoming 2021 ASIAN Schools Chess Championships on July 29-30, 2021 together with Mark Jay Bacojo and Christian Gian Karlo Arca. I would like to thank all my coaches FM Nelson Mariano, NM Joey Florendo, Redkings Chess Manila, parents and lastly I would like to give a special thanks to the people who never doubted my strength and always believed in me." sabi ni AGM Arado.
