LONDON - IBF flyweight king Johnreil Casimero, who successfully defended his title with a 10th-round TKO over previously unbeaten Briton Charlie Edwards at the O2 Arena in London hours before the “Chocolatito” showdown against Cuadras.

The 26 year old’s onslaught went on until midway into the tenth round where he dropped Edwards with a huge left. Edwards managed to stand before the eight count but was immediately smothered by the Ormoc-native which forced the referee to end the bout at 1:57 mark of the round.

The win marks Casimero’s 23rd victory, successfully making his first title defense of the belt he won last May against Amnat Ruenroeng.

On the other hand, the 23-year old goes back to the drawing board after seeing his eight fight win streak.
