The match between Errol Spence Jr. and Manny Pacquaio is the most anticipated one. This is after Errol Spence Jr. defeated Mikey Garcia. The match between the two took place last month. Spence Jr. and Pacquaio had met inside the ring as well. This was post-Spence’s match with Garcia. According to a report by Forbes, Pacquiao even said “why not” for questions of a match between the two.

Will there be a match between the two?

In just a few weeks, the narrative seems to die out. Moreover, other names have also come forward. And because of this there are speculations. It is about who will be fighting whom.

According to a recent tweet of Mike Coppinger of FOX Sports, the two will not be fighting next. Coppinger says that this will be despite the part that they shared the ring last Saturday.

Moreover, he also says that nothing has been decided as yet. However, he prompts for the matches to be between Spence and Shawn Porter. According to Coppinger, Pacquiao will be fighting with Thurman and with Danny Garcia. However, he adds that there is also a possibility for Manny.

We will have to sit and wait to know what happens next. However, if this prediction turns out to be true then we’ll have to hope for Spence Jr. and Paccquiao to win in their groups. Hopefully, they will win the fight in their respective matches.

The fight between Errol Spence Jr. and Manny Pacquaio will be nothing less than phenomenal.

Similarities between the two

The two have similar stances. This is because they fight aggressively. Moreover, they both have the boxing IQ. This will be great for providing an entertaining match for boxing fans.

However, age of Pacquiao is the main takeaway here. Since he is 40 years old he is at a disadvantage. This is when compared to Errol Spence Jr. who is much younger. However, Pacquiao’s experience compensates for it.

It will be fun watching the two show some great moves in the ring.
